A while ago I didnt think Id be saying that.....its been quite a few weeks.... First.... there was my graduation party... HUGE bangin party, I had cousins, family, friends, a dj, people I didnt invite, people I didnt know. It was awesome. The next day, a couple people who didnt get to come to my party, greg, sangeetha, christina, and maverick, all came over to hang out. but I had to work so total hang out time = about 2 hours. We hit up steak n shake and took some incriminating pictures but it was fun for the time we were there. The next week of school was my final week. I would take 2 finals a day and have nothing to do.....then I realized on wednesday that it was my last real day of high school.....holy crap.....I realized this about halfway through sixth period while we were watching top gun. I was kind of emotional when we were leaving and saying our goodbyes... The next couple of days were the graduation rehearsals. thursday was quick and I ended up hanging out with jamie afterwards....we didnt do much....in fact it was quite boring....Amanda invited me to the beach but Im definitely not a beach person. Jamie ended up dropping me off at home and that was that. Friday after grad practice marty picked me up and I did a whole lot of nothing at home. At about 3 on thursday though we all got ready to leave cuz it was my uncle smokey's funeral... the viewing was on thursday....it was sooo sad... and the actual burial was on friday..... after I got home on friday we left at like 1 to get to macclenny on time to the burial cuz mike and I were pallbearers...the guys who carry the casket.....The whole ceremony was beautiful, there was a sermon and everything. after that we went home and got ready for my graduation.... The seniors had to all be there at about 630 all ready to be searched in our nice clothing and all...so were sittin there in cap and gown mingling with a lot of these people whom I dont really know...and were all melting by the way in cap and gown cuz its really really hot. finally we all line up and get ready to exit the "cafetorium" and the room just goes nuts.... were ready to go....we go out there, find our seats, sit down, and the ceremony starts.....it was nice and all...we finally get to the name calling, they get to me, I tell the lady how to pronounce it and she says it with this spanishy accent, i dont remember if she did it on purpose or if it was just what she did for everybody. anyway, the ROTC peeps that were standin there in uniform, maldonado, wilkins, and perry were all like go DeGracia, and when my name is called I hear a surprising amount of female screams.... odd Anyway, aftr the ceremony itself finished and it was all craziness, bobby,scott,aaron,donald and I all went to the ROTC guys to say good bye and we gave 1st sgt. a big surprising hug, it was funny cuz he was in dress blues and he was like " Watch the uniform" and he was like elbowing us out of the way. The girls in ROTC uniform were giving us big huge hugs....that was nice. Then I followed bobby to the cafetorium where they had our actual diplomas with the wallet sized ones as well...it was so crazy getting through the crowd, my web design buddy terrel came up and gave me a poem. when I got back to the field I found my family waiting for me, and we took pictures and natalie and caitlin showed up there and I was happy. My stepdad started dragging us out to the parking lot so I could borrow the car for the night and he hands me this weird set of keys......OH MY GAHD! I get a 1998 Saturn SL2....its red.... its got a 10 cd changer in the back....power windows...its the new Ricomobile. Needless to say I didnt get home till like 5..... The next day Greg came over after work and we went to go get our gifts for sangeetha and christina and we cant find for the life of us a graduation bear. After we finally did I decide to head over to Aaron's where he's having a graduation party too. ( its better to party twice than once no?)While Im there people start wrestling on the lawn and I jump in there and turn it into WWE. I had a lot of fun wrestling paul, bill, and especially Carolyn and Ashley...*purr* anyway that was exhausting, we left at about 6 to head over to the southside, we finally get to Sangeetha's house and nobody's there.....she decides not to tell us the small fact that its not at her house....so we head all the way back to Southside blvd. and we get there and Sriram's leaving and we go inside and theres like 7 friends total and the rest were all indian people....Ill tell you right now... I dance dirty.... and indian people dont....whoo boy I was in trouble... but I got to adjusting to how indian people dance. its quite fun actually, greg and I ended up hanging out at her place till like 2 after I took about a 2 hour nap while greg and sangeetha talked. Over the next couple days I was going out with the girls natalie and caitlin and not coming home till late....man I am enjoying this vacation furreal.... hell.... I could go look for a real job and start a family and life if I really wanted to....just...not quite yet....im gonna enjoy being 17 right now.... |

Ashley Colon- One of the first girls to like me enough to give me a hug. Of course I have no clue whats going on, I still have the shielded mindset of an elementary student. I was kinda embarassed by the fact that she wanted to hold my hand and give me hugs in front of my friends. We "went out" like 700 times. Megan Fotheringham- Say what you want about the females-I-date's last names, I dont care, they were all good-looking. Anyway, I really, really, liked this one, the problem was, I was in 8th grade and my friends never liked her. She was under quite a lot of pressure form people and her family, I had to stop her from killing herself while she was on the phone with me. When I moved she was there along with a couple other friends to see me off...it was so sad...she still called for a couple of years....even after she moved to god knows where. Sarah Beth Roden- My first high school girlfriend. She adored me, and I adored her, we went out for like a year or so. We agreed to break up because we would never have any free time to see each other. She still liked me for a while after that. I felt bad but thats probably because we dated for so long. Catherine Kang- Ah, the one that got away. This mixed hottie had me hooked for like five months. I still half-fall in love everytime i see her. Then I remember how she left me for some punkass dude and I just go to pieces. This is where it gets interesting. Amy Thornton- Amy and I never dated. We never "went out". We just hung out a lot. I was dating Sarah at the time when I met Amy. Amy was dating someone else. Amy would tell me about her problems and I would tell her about mine. Theres that feeling in the back of your head when you are with someone that...could possibly be the one. You are in love with them when you know you shouldnt be. Thats the way it was between us. After we broke up with our respective people, It seemed like the time was right. We were best friends, we knew about each others secrets. She started hanging out with this girl sasha, she spent a lot of time with her and I was feeling a little left out. Then the bomb drops. A little while after I started dating catherine, were at ROTC and she calmly tells me...Oh, by the way, Jose, Im going out with Joe Manser. This is where time stops and Im stunned even as she walks away. I knew this was going to change my life and the way I make friends. Joe manser was this A**hole from the recent drama production we were in. I just couldnt fathom that they started dating and she wasnt even like giving me details or something. She slowly drifted away from me after that. It just...didnt work out. I barely talk to her nowadays....shes still like in love with him. If I ever get the chance. I will beat the everloving crap out of you, Joe Manser. One confusing Bitch. Natalie Barbier- I met her on the bus rides home, day by day. I knew she was hot, even if she was a year younger. She was always dating somebody. Nowadays its always the wrong kind of guy too. I liked her a lot actually. I took her to my military ball of last year. Thats where she knew I liked her. This year at the beginning of the year, I gave her a letter saying that I really, really, liked her. only because love was too strong a word. and I got no response....after a while, I got to talk to her and she mentions that she had a kind of sort of boyfriend and my head just explodes. Valerie Muarosa- This girl, I was able to take her on a few "dates" to the movies and such. But I never got her to liking me enough to be her boyfriend. She always liked those sort of gangster punkass dudes. I hated that, and everyone has been even more stupid than the last. why? what makes them better than me? Either way, I still talk to her, I usually keep her up to date on my situations and she provides me with support whenever I need it Sangeetha Subramanian- I am the only person in the world who will get that right. I love sangeetha to death, weve been very very close,good friends. but thats all. She was dating this dude, Kellen whateverthefuck, when I met her, after a while, they broke up for lord knows what, cuz I dont remember. Anyway, I took sangeetha to prom cuz it got to about the point where it was like me and Amy again. Allison and others are always thinking like, Jose and sangeetha should go out. And were both like, its ok for people to talk without screwing. but hell..... I fell into it. I just couldnt help myself....shes everything I wanted in a girl.... we shared music, movies, jokes, stories, and entire page of one anothers yearbooks. *tear* I took her to my junior prom. I, uh, talked to her on the way home and uh.... I was kinda sad. Cuz I asked her to be my girlfriend you know, and she didnt wanna have it. She said that it would be too weird. That it would be hard to transition from one of those best friendship relationships to a loveydovey mushy mushy relationships. I was like, we dont have to go straight into the "I love you more, no, I love you more" crap that white people do. We could do the same thing we always did just,tack on a couple things. but she had none of that. I was kinda sad when I got home. Oh and get this, I get to school one day and I hear that shes back together with Kellen. Now mind you that I take one look at Kellen and I think loser, thats all I have to say, you dont believe me, take a look at geethas xanga, tell me that does not scream LOSER! in your face, maybe to me for some different reasons but hey what the hell. and furthermore what was confusing was the fact that she said that it was different now, that they were going to be more like friends now than last time......*head explodes*....well either way... Sangeetha has yet to be able to spend time with me AT ALL this year. She says shes been busy.....yeah...skipping with the rest of Paxon. Angela Chan- all I have to say is she was a sex fiend and we dated for like 3 weeks Arielle Pompelius- Got to be the strangest person Ive ever met. She dug techno music and video games, I was in love, we were in the same summer school class for math, I was from paxon, she was from stanton. After hell I mean summer school was over, I took her on a date to the movies and we had a blast, just talking about stuff....anything for that matter. We ended the night with a kiss I will never forget.... i wont forget it because it was the last time I saw her. I talked to her a couple of times after that but, I havent seen her since. she just kinda dropped off the face of the earth. Nicole Foglia- First OP fling, I say fling cuz we dated for like 3 days, then she cheate don me and moved to mississippi. Stacy Richardson- Girl would not shut up. even at the most inopportune times. lets say that because of her mouth, Im not a po3. Jessica Bragg- I met her during ROTC, I had to give her rides (well I didnt have to but sometimes you have to when you dont really have to, you get me?)to and from practice. I liked her and I asked her to come with me to military ball. She agreed and i was happy, I had a fun time that night and we got to be real close. I asked her to be my girlfriend and shes like, no, i wanna be friends, I was kinda disappointed but I understood. Then prom time rolls around and we get to talking again and she tells me she likes me and wants to go out with me. but on prom night she mentions she has a boyfriend. so Im in the car like "?" she ends up leaving the pool hall we were with without even saying goodbye with her boyfriend and a bunch of other people and I was pissed. You know! It takes a lot! to get me pissed! I was soo angry that night. luckily I was able to go to natalies and cool down a little bit before going home that night. I sent her an angry email and then she gives me back this letter saying how sorry she was and how this was all a big misunderstanding, you know how hard it is for me to get angry, its even harder for me to stay angry at someone....and she gave me pictures from prom night *tears* I have no idea what to do.... Im sooo confused about her right now Caitlin Edwards- I met her at a party at Natalies house, I got to know her a lil bit and the next time I was there I was able to show off my sexiness and we got to (eventually) making out. Its been an on and off fling since then. We met up at Paxons prom and we....made out on the dance floor, on the dance floor, now we made out on the dance floor, now stop, pajama time. after what happened at OPs prom, I stopped at natalies and she was there. I never realized how much she was into me until that night, I made a decision to really focus my efforts to her. She was at World of nations the next day, I decided to get her something from the indian booth (cant go wrong with india) after my accident with greg, I checked my pocket and it was still there, I gave it a good kiss because it was probably her love that protected me. we went back to my place and invited her and natalie over for pizza and told them what happened. she gave me a big hug and said thank god you guys are ok. I gave her the ring and she loved it. (i told you you cant go wrong with india) I spent the following monday with her and natalie instead of being at school and I spent most of my senior skip day at her place. but this whole thing with jessica has got me torn apart. Looking back. I have no regrets, things go the way they have and couldnt have gone any other way. With the whole caitlin/jessica sitch, its gonna be interesting, but considering the fact that I almost died on Sunday, I should be grateful I have a situation that I can worry about. Things work out for the best.....no matter what, hell Im confused about what Im gonna do about college. but things do work out for the best. Just as they have. Just as they will. Forever and ever. |

Well thank you for caring so much. I know how much you like me but the more I see us hangin out the closer a best friend you become. I really enjoy being around you. You make me laugh and have such a wonderful time and I am so glad that I have you as a good friend on my side. Maybe one day I will see things differently between you and I but I just wanted to let you know now that I like you more as a friend. But things can change so dont get your feelings down. You are an awesome person and I wouldnt want to bring you into my problems if you would become my boyfriend. I dont know how to treat people that i date unless they are mean to me and tell me what to do. For some reason I like mean guys who hurt me. Dont ask me why. Its just the way things go. Hey, its me again....really bored here, thinking about you..... its 1045 and I got nothin to do....o yeah I am diggin it. Hows your weekend going, I hope you didnt have to go to Georgia like you didnt want to. I was able to go to a party friday night but I didnt have a whole lotta fun there....well as much as usual cuz there was this dude there I didnt really like and he was all over this girl I used to REALLY like.....so immediately he is now on my *to dropkick in the face* list along with Mills, Captain, My parents, and Vitamin World. k, lets see, we started off with Friday night, I get a call from Valerie, Natalie, and Samantha about a party that they wanted me to come to at Natalie'sthat night. I was all for it. But first I had to head to my doctors appointment, then I had to go to my dads for my little sister's 1st birthday!!! YAY!!!! anyway, on the way back home, (I convinced my dad to let me take the car home that night) Its like 1030 and appearantly the party is still going, so I bring Mikey in there and everyone gets to meet him. Eventually it gets later and I decide to bring mikey home cuz they were gonna start drinking soon and he didnt need to see all that. I bring him home and thank god my rents aint home yet. so I wait a while and see if they get home...they dont, So I go and head back out to the party and I sit down there and have a nice talk with a half-drunk Natalie, shes sittin there asking me all these questions about OP and my date and how Ive been. She also points out the fact that she hated seeing Valerie with her new man-dude-on-my-list-to-shoot named Xavier. I dont wanna get into details but everything I hate about thugs and punks....there you go.....anyway, Natalie hated seeing them together and pretty much everyone else was all mushy and couple-y.....except her...I was paying close attention now cuz usually when people are drunk they are theyre most honest. 1st sgt. calls it liquid courage.... anyway.... I ended up not drinking of course, cuz I wasnt staying the night and I had to get back home eventually, I left at like 330 AM and as it turns out my rents werent gonna come home at all. thank god.... anyway Im getting all my shiat ready for Military ball and calling people making sure theyre ready at the right time. I picke dup my date, a couple friends, and we were ready to roll, all in all....it was a fun night, then after I dropped off my date at like 12 I went back to the party we were previously at and Matt (big buff azn ex-stanton dude) and I went to go get something to eat. We went to Arby's, they were closed, we were pissed, we went to steak and shake, they took forever to get us our order....we were pissed, we get back to the party and I pick up all the people I need to take home cuz well....theyre drunk... including richard's GF...so as were leaving we stop by the same Arby's and Matt and I urinate on the Drive thru thingy....so crazy, so after that I dropped everyone off and collapsed to sleep in my bed at 330 in the morning.... now thats a good weekend...so what is the bad for? you ask?....well....Id have to say that I am such a loser, I missed Sangeetha's birthday and I am broke so I cant get her anything....not for a while anyway.....dammit! |
